Bookings can be made via Galileo Vacations, Westjet Vacations or by calling the WestJet Call Centre.
Manage Bookings
Once a booking is made with Westjet Vacations you can find the airline PNR on the WestJet Vacations invoice and the WJV confirmation number. You can do seat selection on their Manage Flights.
For any name corrections, add WestJet rewards numbers, redeem rewards, room requests you need to
(Redemption needs name, email on account, birthday, booking number and dollars to be redeemed)
*25 Fee if you call in changes or corrections
Groups
WJV requires a minimum of 5 rooms/10 paying guests to constitute a group.
Use their Insta Quote Tool to attain group rates 40 seats or less, 4 months to 14 months out (these are nets and must add commission) Over 40 seats email groupvacations@westjet.com
Documents
Edocs will be ready almost immediately after final payment has been made on the booking.
They can be accessed either through TripBook on Galileo or under Manage Vacations Tab on WestJet.com

Clients can redeem WestJet Rewards in two ways.
For bookings that are only under deposit, agents can proceed with the normal deposit process in Galileo. Afterward, they should access WestJet Live Chat to request the redemption of WestJet Rewards. The agent will need the client’s name, rewards number, email address, and birthdate associated with the account, as WestJet Vacations will apply the rewards to the trip’s balance. Please note that rewards are non-commissionable.*
If the travel date is less than 45 days away and full payment is required at booking, agents must call WestJet Vacations to finalize the booking and redeem rewards, as this cannot be done via live chat. Additionally, if clients are using points for more than 50% of their trip total, a $100 service fee will apply.
