Your upcoming vacation is just a few weeks away. Attached are your travel e documents for your upcoming flight and accommodations with WestJet Vacations. Please be sure to look over these documents and ensure that all the information is correct and print them/save them for your travels.

I would suggest buying food at the airport to bring along as some aircrafts may not have food available for purchase or may have a limited menu.

Upon arrival at your destination, go through passport control, collect your baggage and proceed through customs. You will pass through an area of timeshare and ground transportation solicitors who may try to stop you and offer their assistance. Do not stop, instead continue directly to the exit, where you will find the Nexus Tours Representatives outside of the terminal building, wearing orange shirts and straw fedora hats. They will be holding WestJet Vacations signage and will escort you to your transportation vehicle.
Once at the resort, The WestJet representative on site is available to help with arranging any excursions or activities if you wish to plan anything on vacation.
They will be the 1st point of contact if you have any issues with the property.
