The two ways to book Air Canada Vacation is on their
Manage Bookings
The following can be done on the Travel Agent Site or Tripbook under Galileo
-seat selection
-name correction (outside 45 days)
- add aeroplan numbers
*Called in changes have a fee of $25
All other changes can be done by calling the Call centre and no charges apply.
Groups
ACV requires a minimum of 4 rooms/10 paying guests to constitute a group.
Use their Insta Quote Tool to attain group rates (these are nets and must add commission)
Rewards
ACV &ME
Once you have a ACV agent account, you will automatically have an ACV & Me account
Be sure to add the corresponding email in Galileo under Profile Settings.
*Every time you make a booking on Galileo your ACV & Me email will be automatically attached and you will earn points. Make sure the email is correct!
*Provide email to ACV agent if making a booking via call centre
Documents
Edocs will be ready 28 days prior to departure.
Please read through them very carefully to ensure spellings are correct and booking details are correct before sending them out. Send a copy to yourself and add more details to the body of the email about the check in process, transfers, hotel check in etc.
