Your vacation is just a few weeks away. Attached to this email are your flight and e documents with Air Canada Vacations. Please be sure to look over these documents and ensure that all the information is correct and print them/save them for your travels. There are a few added steps to ensure your trip goes smoothly.
I recommend downloading the Air Canada Vacations mobile app which will make your check in much easier. For Groups the app is not available until 24 hours prior to travel.

Upon arrival at your destination, go through passport control, collect your baggage and proceed through customs. You will pass through an area of timeshare and ground transportation solicitors who may try to stop you and offer their assistance. Do not stop, instead continue directly to the exit, where you will find the Air Canada Representatives outside of the terminal building. They will be holding Air Canada Vacations signage and will escort you to your transportation vehicle.
Once at the resort, The Air Canada representative on site is available to help with arranging any excursions or activities if you wish to plan anything on vacation. They will be the 1st point of contact if you have any issues with the property as well as able to confirm your return shuttle to the airport. Please utilize their services & contact them through the Air Canada app.
*Your destination has an entry requirement. Please follow the link below to ensure you have the proper documentation in order to travel.
ETICKETS ATTACHED - Print a copy and keep it in your carry-on as well as be sure to print any travel insurance documents you have from your provider.
*Make sure your passports are up to date and you have sufficient out of country medical.
