Your vacation is just a few weeks away. Attached to this email are your flight and e documents with Transat Holidays. Please be sure to look over these documents and ensure that all the information is correct and print them/save them for your travels. There are a few added steps to ensure your trip goes smoothly.
In the meantime, I recommend downloading the Transat Holidays mobile app which will make your check in much easier.

Transat includes 1 checked bag and 1 carry-on per passenger for vacation packages.
Online check-in can be completed 24 hours prior to departure at https://www.airtransat.com/en-CA/online-check-in

Don't forget that your transfers to/from the resort are included as part of your vacation package. When you arrive and have collected your bags, please look for the Transat representative. They will direct you to your shuttle.
Once at the resort, The Transat representative on site is available to help with arranging any excursions or activities if you wish to plan anything on vacation. They will be the 1st point of contact if you have any issues with the property as well as able to confirm your return shuttle to the airport. Please utilize their services & contact them through the Transat app.

ETICKETS ATTACHED - Print a copy and keep it in your carry-on as well as be sure to print any travel insurance documents you have from your provider.
