How to create a quote
Quotes to your clients can take a substantial amount of time. We have come up with some tips and tricks to help you research and compile an email to send your clients with full details.
* create quotes and save a copy that you can add and change when it comes to the next quote
* create links direct from the hotels, ships, tours etc that they can click on to go over the necessary details
* keep your quotes simple, informative and with personal tips or feedback from either yourself or colleagues
* ensure your quotes have signatures that include all your social media details
* engage your client with additional questions and ensure you followup with your quote 24 hours after you send the initial details
Example Cruise Quote

Thank you for this info. Only a few cruise lines offer beverage packages as part of the initial cruise booking. Others can only be added after you book the cruise cabin. In my experience Celebrity or Princess usually have the best price points when it comes to included beverage packages but please keep in mind that both guests in the cabin either must have the package or decline the package. Cruise lines will not allow only one guest to have it and the other not.
In this case, I have priced out 2 options. One that includes the beverage package & the other that doesn't.
Please note that I have also priced out cabins that have unobstructed views and that have availability for side by side cabins (not adjoining).
There are lower prices if you are willing to have cabins not side by side.
1) Celebrity Eclipse - Sep 29 - Athens to Ravenna
I was on the Celebrity Eclipse 2 years ago on an Alaska Cruise. I loved the ship. The food was fantastic.
Prime Verandah staterooms (unobstructed views) $11,943 CAD per couple
Anytime dining (early and late already booked)
Prepaid gratuities can be added for $527 CAD per stateroom
$960 CAD per cabin nonrefundable deposit due at the time of booking
Final is due Jun.30.2025
2) Odyssey of the Seas 7 night Sep.28 Rome-Rome
This is a bigger ship. There is so much to do on this ship. I spent a fare amount of time on the RIPCord by IFLY. We had so much fun.
Ocean view Balcony staterooms side by side (base cruise fare) no additional perks added $5144 CAD taxes included per couple.
Beverage packages can be added for approximately $89 USD per guest/per day once the cruise has been booked.
I did check with other cruise lines but most did not have itineraries that fit in your travel window or they start in Italy and end in Barcelona.
