Primary Responsibilities​

Invite & Encourage

Actively reach out to potential travel agents.

Guide them to apply through www.travelhype.biz.

Team Building

Build and grow your own team of Independent Travel Advisors.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture.

Meetings & Check-ins​

Use these meetings to answer general questions, share wins, and build camaraderie.

Host bi-weekly or monthly team calls.
-
Support (Not Training)
-
Your role is to encourage, guide, and motivate.

All formal training, modules, and approvals are managed by Lindsay & Erin.

Compensation Structure

Recruiting Managers earn 5% commission on all sales made by the agents they have personally recruited and signed up
