To ensure consistent expectations and support our community's growth, the following outlines the responsibilities and structure of the Recruiting role.

Primary Responsibilities​

​

  • Invite & Encourage

    • Actively reach out to potential travel agents.

    • Guide them to apply through www.travelhype.biz.

​

  • Team Building

    • Build and grow your own team of Independent Travel Advisors.

    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture.

​

  • Meetings & Check-ins​

    • Use these meetings to answer general questions, share wins, and build camaraderie.

  • Host bi-weekly or monthly team calls.

  • Support (Not Training)

    • Your role is to encourage, guide, and motivate.

    • All formal training, modules, and approvals are managed by Lindsay & Erin.

Compensation Structure

​

  • Recruiting Managers earn 5% commission on all sales made by the agents they have personally recruited and signed up
