Minimum Requirement: 10 paying passengers / 3 rooms (standard industry threshold; verify with current Transat policy)

Accessing the Group Quote Portal

Navigate to Transat Agent Direct.

Log in using your agency credentials.

Select Group Zone.

Click Request a Group Quote.

Submitting a Quote Request

Complete the form with all required details:

Number of guests
-
Travel dates
-
Desired room categories
-
Gateway(s) of departure

Submit the request.

A confirmation email will be issued.

Quotes are generally delivered within several hours; in some instances, turnaround can be almost immediate.

Quote Management

All pricing received will be net rates.

Compare against published online pricing to determine appropriate commission markup (standard practice: 8–10%).

Amendments: Quotes can be revised a limited number of times to include additional room categories or gateways as required.

Internal Review

Prior to client distribution, all prepared quotes should be forwarded, together with the original Transat-issued quote, for review and verification.

This step ensures accuracy in markup application, category selection, and compliance with supplier-specific terms and conditions.
